Online service’s user register.

4. Purpose and basis of processing of personal data

Personal data is collected on a voluntary basis and used for the following purposes:

    For drawing up lease agreements of properties.

    For booking and renting properties.

    For processing (rent) payments and possible refunds of payments.

    To arrange other services provided by the Company and the Landlords.

    Customer relationship management.

    For the development of the controller’s business.

    For analyzing the interests of potential customers.

    For the implementation of agreements between Landlords and Guests.

The controller will not disclose customers' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes or opinion and market research. The controller may send direct marketing to customers electronically (e.g. by e-mail and text messages; e.g. confirmation of the start of the booking, feedback survey, etc.).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is

- Individual consent (documented, voluntary, individualized, informed and unambiguous)

- An agreement to which the data subject is a part of

- Customer relationship.

5. Information content of the register

The information to be stored in the register are:

    The person's first and last name.

    contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, country of residence, address),

    information about the ordered services and their changes, billing information, other information related to the customer relationship and the ordered services.

    Information on previous bookings and rentals

    Information about the use of the Company's services

    Information on past payments

    information prohibiting direct mail, distance selling and other direct marketing in accordance with the law

    information on membership in the customer benefit schemes of the controller (and the companies that have entered into a co-operation agreement with it, as well as information necessary to obtain the benefit)

 


6. Regular sources of information

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer in connection with registration and reservation of items. In addition, we collect information about customers' interests based on their searches.

7. Regular transfers of data and transfers of data outside the EU or the EEA

The information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. The information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.

Data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

8. Registry Security Principles

The register shall be handled with due care and the data processed by the information systems shall be adequately protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed. The controller shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it belongs to. Information will be handled only by:

    Administrators of the Internet-service

    Landlords of the properties to the extent necessary to implement the lease.

9. Right of inspection and right to request rectification of information

Each person in the register has the opportunity to check the information stored in the register and edit it through their own profile. If a person wishes to delete data stored on them, the request must be sent by an e-mail to the controller. If necessary, the controller may request proof of identity. The controller will respond to the customer within a month.

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request the removal of his or her personal data from the register ("right to be forgotten"). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU's general data protection regulation, such as restrictions on the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be emailed to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within a month.
